After a difference of opinion in our list price for our home, we decided to use a different listing agent at the last minute. We are so glad we went with Ivy! We listed our house for what we wanted, $15k more than our previous agent suggested, and our house was under contract for full list price within 5 days! Ivy was great throughout the whole process. She was honest, personable, and made sure the deal stayed together while always keeping our best interest in mind. She worked with our crazy work schedule, and even made sure to keep an eye on our 2 year old during closing since the closing was before his preschool opened. We cannot be more pleased with our decision to use Ivy!! Highly recommend!!

Ivy is amazing. This was not our first home purchase or our first realtor, but she is definitely the best. We found her on a cold call about a property and she showed it to us the next day, We are EXTREMELY picky and have a very definite idea of what we want and what we want to pay. We are an agent’s nightmare because we are always on Zillow and the MLS looking for the next listing that meets our criteria. When we called her, we had looked at about 100 homes online. Ivy helped us weed through all the listings that didn’t work for us. She showed us about 10 houses in 3-4 weeks at odd hours and on the weekend. When we found the right one, that’s when Ivy really shined. She went to the bargaining table and hammered out a deal that was amazing, especially given the current market conditions. Long story short: She knows the area, she knows the business, but most importantly, she knows her clients and will go to any length to make the things happen to keep her clients moving toward their goal. My wife and I can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and patience.

Ivy was absolutely amazing in every way possible. We have 4 kids and she was always working around our crazy schedules to accomodate us and show us properties. And we were so unsure of what we wanted in the beginning that she showed us a little bit of everything so that we could get a feel of what we wanted. We finally found our dream home and she made everything easy peasy. We are first time home buyers so we needed a knowledgeable agent that would guide us and explain everything. She went above and beyond and we're very grateful for that!! We love our new house!! ?????
