Ivy is an incredible real estate agent, but the value you get with her is so much more than you would expect from a real estate agent. Ivy is from Nashville and so she knows things that most agents do not - where a neighborhood has been, where it is likely to go based on historical information, what areas are likely to thrive and which areas are overheated. All of this translates into huge payouts for her clients. She understands the market like no other. Ivy helped me find a lot and build a house. Not only did she help me make a lot of money by buying the right lot in the right location, but she also helped me design my house. I had an architect and a designer, but in the middle of the process, I scrapped 80% of what the designer had in place and went with Ivy's recommendations. Because of those suggestions, my house is worth at least $100,000 more than it would have been for no greater build cost increase. And on top of all of that, if you're going to spend a lot of time with someone, it might as well be someone who is entertaining and who loves people and life.
