Ivonne was very knowledgable and impressive...
Ivonne was very knowledgable and impressive with her negotiation skills. Her ability to get work done or a reduction in price was so impressive that it allow me (the client) to have equity for repairs. She has the creative ability of exposing common sense in non sense situations. You have to respect and love her passion for the business. She has a can do attitude in can't do world.
