After working with a handful of realtors selling and buying a home, I can honestly say that Ivonne has been the best realtor I have worked with for many different reasons. She is not afraid to pick up the phone, call, ask questions and find out any important information. She found us our home the second day we went looking. During this crazy market were houses are so limited and there is over 10 offers on almost every home she managed to get our offer accepted. As soon as we told her we liked the house we put in an offer. She followed up with the selling agent not only did she find out there were higher offers than ours, she also found out what their top offer was. Even after we submitted our second offer she still kept following up with the selling agent to the point that he knew exactly who she was and which one was our offer. Once our offer got accepted she did not stop there. Then came the negotiating of credits. And once again she never backed down and got us exactly what we asked for. Needless to say, if you want someone who really does work for you, cares about you, is not afraid to negotiate, and gets the job done Ivonne is the one.

She is very professional and understanding. She will answer any questions or doubts you may have of the process. In our case, we thought that this process will be hectic but it was not very fast process indeed! She was available any time of the day weekend or weekday mornings or evenings.
