Also, unlike other brokers who let junior team members do important things like showings, Ivona does all of it herself so the quality is consistent and excellent.

She knew exactly what the market would realistically bear and in the era of Covid, she showed herself not only smart but courageous showing the apartment and negotiating under very difficult, unique circumstances. She always kept us apprised of what was needed to have the apartment sell at its best advantage and of where potential buyers were standing. By showing the property to multiple, interested bidders, she actually managed to get the final selling price significantly above the appraised valuation. She also helped select an excellent, diligent real estate lawyer who completed the closing. And she went beyond her ordinary duties in supervising the moveout when neither my brother not I could be present in person.
