As an expat, living outside the USA; I found in Ivette a tremendous facilitator in enabling me to easily and speedily sell my property and at my asking price. We did not need to meet; it was done remotely, via email; she always was on top of the whole process and quickly acted and responded on all issues. She was honest, competent, and her commission was fair; she really earned it. It was probably the first time that she had to deal with a situation as mine, but she courteous, efficient, end effective. She addressed promptly all questions and issues that I presented. The whole process from initial contact, publication, offer, feasibility study on the part of the buyer, and closing of the sale took a couple of months, mostly taken by the buyer's feasibility study. My sale price was higher that was estimated, yet it sold at the asking price. I could not be more satisfied with the role of Ivette Lopez.
