In November of 2019 I decided it was time to buy my first home/investment property. I contacted a friend who had recently done the same and she recommended Ivan because she had nothing but good things to say about him. My expectation were exceeded!!!! Ivan worked diligently with me for 4 months to help me find the perfect property for me. I gave him my expectations for what I wanted to find in a property and he used those guidelines to help me find what I was ideal for me even in the fast moving and expensive San Diego market. As a first time homebuyer he was able to educate me in a way that didn't make me feel bad for asking questions. Not only was he able to educate me, my parents who own 19 properties, were able to fire off questions and again he was able to give good answers or investigate to find the answer, with their experience in home buying and using realtors, they were also really impressed. Not only was he great at communicating, he is extremely creative, open minded, and adaptive which lead him to find great properties in this market and ultimately win my this property despite 4 other offers being in. Lastly he has connections and contacts for everything to property managers, contractors, lenders, etc. He will work for you and not only find you the best property but in addition the best resources to help you be a successful homeowner. I cannot recommend Ivan enough! If you are even considering home ownership this is your guy!

Highly recommend Ivan, he goes above and beyond! As a first time home buyer I was super nervous and excited about finding a home that was within my budget and met my needs. I asked aaaalot of questions throughout the whole process and Ivan was always very patient with me and clearly answered all my questions. I always knew what to expect next. I also needed a recommendation for a mortgage loan provider and he referred me over to my Sr. Mortgage Advisor who is also great and highly recommend! They are a great team, always stayed in communication with each other to streamline the home buying process for me. I moved from the Bay Area down to San Diego, so I also needed help narrowing down a neighborhood I liked. Ivan listened to my needs, accommodated my schedule, and showed me the San Diego neighborhoods one of the weekends I was in town. Once I started narrowing down on houses he would show me the properties through FaceTime. He was very thorough and showed me the inside, outside, and even drove around the neighborhoods so I could see them. I felt like I was there in person. He helped negotiated a great deal with my first house and made it happen within my timeline. He even helped me book the repairs for my new home after the sale. I would highly recommend Ivan to help you find your home!

On the verge of giving up on finding my dream home, Ivan was then recommended to me by a mutual friend. From the start he was a blessing that restored our hope! I was previously labeled as a “picky buyer”. After our first meet, I was confident that he would put our family in our dream home! And he did exactly that! Throughout our buying process Ivan was always punctual, informative, professional, friendly, and eager to find the home that suited every one of our needs. When we finally found the perfect home, I know that we would have lost it if we did not Ivan to represent us. In the current market with so many bid wars, it’s crucial to have someone by your side that will take the victory. With so many resources, and clean sales tactics, Ivan succeeded with putting our family in the perfect home. It was definitely a roller coaster of emotions, and we are humbled to have had Ivan as our realtor by our side along the way.

I was excited to start my research on looking for a new home for my growing family. I had contacted a few Realtors and got even more excited when Ivan responded to me quickly with listings that met my description/needs. Might I add, I have worked with many Realtors in the past and he is the best one yet. Ivan stood out among the others because he was mindful, helpful, attentive, positive, and so eager to find us the perfect house. He was quick to figure out what we like and don't like. He didn't waste our time looking at houses that didn't meet up to our expectations. He followed up every step of the way. Better yet, when we found the perfect house, he helped us even after the closing with getting people to renovate what we wanted to fix.
