Ivan is a really awesome agent. Our family had been looking for the perfect house for years and he was very patient with us when we came to him a year ago about wanting to find the right house. We finally got our perfect home and we are truly greatful for his patience, understanding and his service. He was always on top of everything and our closing went super smooth with no problems.
