I’ve always heard how much of a headache buying a house is but I was probably a more headache to Ivan than the process was to me. He was attentive to our wants and paid attention to every detail , responsible, kept us on track and even helped us move our deadline ahead. Our closing was not ideal(completely not his fault) and he was there with Us every step of the way. Ivan is definitely THE BEST, I will literally recommend him to everyone!
