This our second time buying a house and the first time our experience was good. We were first time buyers and made it through. We decided to go with Ivan since he is a trusted friend. This process was extremely better than our first buying process. Ivan was attentive and made himself available whenever we had question about anything. He reached out to other realtors to get answers to our question when that was necessary. He was just as good when we were ready to put in an offer.
