Ivan came highly recommended by my brother who had worked with him for a while. Ivan loves what he does and it shows. He is attentive, reliable, reachable, honest (not looking to close on a property just to collect his pay) and consistently went all the way to meet our needs. When we were close to buying a home which I had fell in love with, he was not shy to let me know of his reservations about the house's questionable repair history. Consequently we found another better, more suitable house. Ivan also comes with an exceptionally strong team behind the scenes (especially, Mr. Alexander Yu) - they're simply the BEST and I promise they will get you as close-to-what-you-need as possible.

Ivan is simply amazing. This was my first time buying a home and boy was it stressful. Ivan made sure that everything went smoothly. He helped me through the whole process. Ivan also went out of his way to make sure to accommodate me and for that, I am thankful for. Ivan is the best real estate agent out there. Next time I buy my house there will be no one I rather have then Ivan by my side?.
