Ivan Margaretich

I started my home search with Ivan in Oct of 2019. He met my husband and me at an open house we were already looking at. We described to him what we were looking for (which the house didn't have) and asked him if renovations can get us there. Ivan was able to quickly breakdown what was needed and basically told us not worth it. What I loved best about working with Ivan was his attention to detail (he can tell when craftsmanship is good or not and will not let you get duped by a cheaply done bathroom renovation) and how he never pressured us to buy something. Even when we loved homes, he would caution against overbidding. We finally closed on a home in June and it fit the bill for many of the things we had originally looked for. I really appreciated working with an agent who was willing to spend the time to get us what was right for us versus rushing to close on a deal so he can move on to other business. I'll definitely work with Ivan again :)

Ivan went above and beyond in so many ways. He was a calming presence at a chaotic time – from the very diligent preparations he helped with when preparing to list our house and staging, through to managing our listing while we were remote. I could not be happier with our choice to work with Ivan.

Ivan's background as an agent and broker along with his professional demeanor were crucial in the recent sale of our property. From start to finish on every aspect of the process we felt taken care of and represented. His excellent communication skills kept ourselves, the buyer's agent, the lender and escrow agent on track. When the buyers wanted an extension of loan approval, he initiated a 4 way conference call between the loan agent, the buyers, the buyers agent and himself to clarify the ramifications and an alternative to better represent us, the sellers while at the same time satisfying the buyers. Everything was talked out ahead of time. We highly recommend Ivan Margaretich.
