I didn’t know what to do to sell property that belonged to my father. Ivan got in there checked out the area and values nearby, went out to take pictures, annd kept me appraised of everything. I’m sure it wasn’t easy with various interested parties going through all the paperwork and then they back out, but he kept encouraging us to stay with it and it finally sold. Thank you, Ivan.
