Ivan drove all the way into Orange County to meet me and explain the process of selling my mother's home. He hosted open houses and quickly got to work marketing our family home. He managed curious neighbors & other realtors as well as communicated frequently by email, text & phone. He never seemed rushed to answer all of my questions and gently handle my anxieties. With plenty of family history and restoration needs, he never made me feel inexperienced or ridiculous about my many requests.
