VA to PA Move

I was looking to move back into the area after living in Virginia for quite some time. Iva was recommended to me by a family friend and I appreciate the “word of mouth” aspect of finding the right person for a job. I met with Iva and had a good conversation on wants/dont wants in an house and where I’d like to end up within central PA and how the market was faring in PA since I was used to VA market as I was selling a house there. When I was up visiting, she did wonderful in getting me into a house or two when opportunity presented itself. She also worked with me to do virtual tours when I was unable to be in PA and working on move aspects in VA to continue the hunt for the perfect house for me. After one virtual tour, she had mentioned a house that seemed to check off every box and seemed like the perfect fit for me. And I enjoyed so many aspects of the house that we placed a bid, and won! She communicated with me about every step and even some issues and advocated for me to resolve issues and get things moving in the settlement. She kept me informed with the good and bad aspects of the home buying process and I knew I could count on her to be there every step of the way. And she continues to be available if any questions arise from me which I truly appreciate! She was knowledgeable about the market, figured out my likes/dislikes quickly to show me homes I would consider vs any home that fit the basic criteria I had, advocated for me when I wasn’t in the area to do so, and walked me through each aspect of home buying with answers to any questions I had. I don’t plan moving again any time soon as I would work with her again in a heartbeat but would recommend Iva to anyone who is looking to purchase a home/move to another without hesitation!
