He is very flexible and willing to work around your schedule. He is very knowledgeable and is able to provide great advice, and responds quickly to any questions that I had through phone calls or text messages. In Oxnard's very competitive buyers market with less inventory, it is very difficult for a buyer to get the right home at the right price. I truly feel due to Israel's expertise, I was able to get my second home, a very sought after short sale that had many offers on the table, well below market value. If any one knows short sales, they are a drawn out process, and can be a little frustrating having to wait on the banks approval, but Isreal was there through it all, doing what he does best making this process goes a smooth as possible with updates along the way. And now after all is done and key in hand I'm happy to say that I got this home at an awesome price and have good equity to show for it. Even after we got the keys, Israel has been in touch asking how things were with the new house and made himself available for any guidance or information.
