Ismael was a great realtor he has done more in 3 months then several realtors have. He has great negotiating skills, very professional, friendly, and communicative. He was very awesome to work it
Great experience, always there to answer your questions.
Ismael was the perfect realtor for us, not only was he helpful all the way till the closing but he also speaks Spanish which was a plus for us and the main reason we chose him as our realtor. He is very friendly and attentive. He always kept us informed on what was going on. We sold the house in less than a week and for the right price. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!!
Extremely helpful throughout every step of the process. Easy to get in contact with if any questions came up. Listened to us and took into consideration our opinions. Highly recommended
Ismael was very helpful too me (an old guy wanting to sell his house) especially with all the noise, packing, etc. that was going on at the same time.
Ismael besides being a family friend was a great agent to work with. Stayed in touch with questions and responses. He made this process easier. Thanks Ismael, we really appreciate you!
Ismael hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
