We used Ismael to help us purchase our Miami home at the very end of 2020. Do yourself a favor and call Ismael (Izzy) right now. He went above and beyond for us in many ways during our purchase process. We ran into several roadblocks with various parties before closing - Ismael helped navigate and clear all of the roadblocks. His knowledge of the FL purchase process was extremely helpful, and we even managed to close early thanks to his persistence with many folks involved.
