She was professional, very knowledgeable of the area I was interested in and understood immediately what what we wanted when described. Was always super patient being that I was a first time home owner. Explained the whole process to me (multiple times sometimes since I always needed clarification). Made me feel comfortable with her and with the process. Always kept us 100% informed of every thing and current status on the daily basis or as the status changed. Always had a positive attitude and kept me calm being 9 months pregnant and super hormonal.
