Initially we had wanted to rent a home. We contacted Ms. Isela so she could give us some information about renting a home or whether buying a home would even be a possibility. She held our hand the whole time. It made the process way easier to navigate because she explained everything. She was a source of comfort in such an unknown territory to us. We love our new home and can't imagine having it without Isela's help. Y'all don't fear the process. Isela will make it as easy as it gets. :)

Working with Isela Carrillo was by far an amazing and heartfelt experience!!!! She had great communication with me during the entire process. Any questions I had for her she would give me immediate responses. If she did not have an answer to any of my questions she would. find an answer as soon as possible. She was always very professional but her mannerisms and ways of being were very nurturing. Nurturing as if we were family or friends for years.

Isela was amazing in our purchase of our first home. She stood up for our needs and wants for our house. Additionally, she always had a smile on her face every time we met. Isela was reliable and always responded quickly and got us the information we needed and ensured we were prepared along the journey. I’m so thankful to have had her as our real estate agent, I know she will be our first choice if/when we upgrade to a new home.
