I lost my wife last year and needed to move from our duplex rental unit. With the “supply chain” being what it is in this economic mess it hasn’t been easy to buy a house. We had tried to buy a new construction home in Belton then when my wife passed away I talked with the builder in Belton about getting out of our obligation and he was very understanding and was able to cancel the contract. I began to look in Killeen where she was buried for a new construction home and found it to be the same supply chain issues. I was able to get out of that contract as well. Then after talking with an agent who was understanding of my stressed situation was willing to help me find a pre owned home that would fit my needs. Isamary Banks Nieves was willing to help me through my search until we found this home. She had helped my niece and her husband find a home in Harker Heights and put up me through the uphill journey until we found a place that I was able to overlook some flaws and get adjusted to what I needed not really what I wanted. This house has become my home and I am making some changes, one that included a painter that I wasn’t happy with and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. All in all I am pleased with Isamary’s help me through my journey. She is one that I definitely WILL recommend to others!

Isa is literately the best, she knows all the tricks of the trade. She had our house prepped with comps and pictures ready to sell a few days before we went to on the market. She had a full plan on how we would show our home and for how long down to how we would manage with our young children leaving for show times. Even offering to watch them or to take us out to eat during those times. She was an absolute God sent, she was in constant communication with us during the whole process. Isa even helped the buyers agent with details she didn't know about to speed up our sales process. We really couldn't have ever asked for a better agent, she really seems to know it all when it comes to selling and buying. VA loans she is an expert! and those are sometimes the hardest to feel comfortable with. You will be in perfect hands with Isa Banks no matter the type of purchase or sale you are trying to accomplish, we picked her to do both for us, sell our home and buy another home using her at the same time! and it was all with in a 30 day period and it was such a smooth process. I don't think anyone else could have done the job she did. Isa is always available, you can call her or text her and she will respond, with a happy attitude no matter the time. It's like she never gets stressed out either, she always has an answer and it has always been the right one, every time! I wish I could give her TEN STARS because she deserves it!
