When we first started working with Isaiah he was great, than when it came to closing he stated he couldn’t make it. Now we are having problems that arose from closing in which could have been prevented if all parties involved made sure paperwork was accurate, in our purchase agreement seller was to pay closing costs up to 5k and we were suppose to get earnest money and appraisal fee back at closing which didn’t happen because the 5k was not credited like it was suppose to be and the money we were suppose to get back was deducted from closing costs. We have been in contact with the bank and the realtor regarding this matter and have also asked for mediation with all parties involved which we have got no response on! Isaiah was our agent for buying a home.
