I am more than happy to recommend Isabel Orlandino, she has helped me buy three houses (two Single family homes, and one condo), and sell two of them. Isabel helped my husband and I find the perfect house to start our family. My husband and I were looking for a house a few months before our wedding. Isabel made it so easy and stress free. We were looking to stay in Medford and there was not too much inventory so we needed to be able to move quickly. Isabel found us a perfect size house in a great neighborhood. She was upfront and said she knew our budget and that this house was a fixer upper but for the price and neighborhood thought it was perfect for us and she was right. There was a lot of interest in the house but I think Isabel's knowledge, responsiveness, and the relationship she built with the listing agent really helped us get the house. We got the house under our budget, did the renovations, and now our house is worth double what we paid for it. We are incredibly happy with the service we received from Isabel and are in the perfect house for us.
