I bought a beautiful home in a beautiful community in my budget parameters that literally met all of the top 5 most important needs. Each time we traveled around I’d think this one is better than the last one until I found the one that I truly wanted. I lost that bid because the seller didn’t want a buyer with contingencies but I ended up buying a house on the same street that was actually better.
