My story of selling my house is unique as most others are. I reached out in the fall of 2022 to sell with an acquaintance who is a realtor. Big mistake. Didn’t know the market who I was selling to, how to manage Toms Rivers pitfalls. It was a mess. Fast forward to June 2023 when that contract ended I worked with Yitzi and his team and the difference couldn’t be more different. From correctly evaluating price and the market, getting me contractors to clean up what needed to be done to get my above what I thought I could expect asking wise Yitzi and his entire team was spectacular from beginning to end.
