We can hardly express our gratitude and appreciation for Iryna. We had a very tight timeline to buy and close on a house as I am an incoming resident physician. The time between Match day (where we find out where we are doing our residency training) and when we start work is only a couple months. In addition to the time constraints, we were buying in Ann Arbor during one of the most competitive sellers markets with a low inventory of houses available.
