Our home had radon issues, and even after mitigation, we were hesitant about the solution. Irving went above and beyond by helping us get a second test, which revealed that the mitigation system had been improperly implemented. Thanks to his persistence and support, we were able to have the issue properly resolved by the vendor before closing. Irving also brings a wealth of construction knowledge to the table, which not only saves time but also gives you confidence that the property you’re buying is in good condition. I can’t recommend him enough!

Irving was GREAT to work with! My husband and I were first time home buyers , so everything about the home buying experience was completely new to us. Thankfully, Irving was very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, making sure we understood all the big and small details of purchasing our first home. We had a quicker than typical closing deadline, but Irving made sure we stayed on track with all of our deadlines in order to complete the deal! Plus, he is great at negotiating and advocating for his buyers. Irving is great at his job and we are happy to have him in our corner as we continue throughout the home ownership process!
