I asked Mrs. Riviera for a ranch with Horse and Bunnies, and I got just that. I have a view of the San Gabriel Mountains, Snow capped and majestic in the Winter, and just as cute with a glass of lemonade. The market is a complicated place, we looked at a couple homes, but it is her uncanny listening skills that got me saddled up and sunset, and cock a doodling in the morning. Irma Rivera made the home hunting/buying process very easy. She is knowledgeable, reliable, patient, honest, and generous with her time. She was very thorough in explaining all the docs we had to sign. She was present at all the inspections that were done on the home we purchased as well. Once we closed escrow and received the keys, she did not disappear, she continued to keep in touch to make sure everything was OK. We ended up having a clogged sink and Irma was the one who contacted the home warranty company, set up the appointment and even offered to meet the plumber at our home. From the beginning to the end and then some, she has been dependable.
