Irma is very responsive/attentive and was always available when we wanted to look at new homes on the market. When placing offers on houses she was conscious of our budget and advised us how we should proceed, ie recommending if we should request concessions for items that need fixed. Once under contract she was able to help identify an inspector and coordinate obtaining quotes from contractors for any issues that arose from the inspection process.
