Other realtors talk about being "experts" in certain areas of FL, so I specifically asked her about her experience selling/buying homes in these areas. She was honest with me about her past experiences and confident in her abilities. A wise woman once told me that the way to get experience is for strangers to give you the opportunity to get experience. Honestly that advice will stick with me for a long time!
