Iris Hoskins is the realtor we chose to sell our house. She was extremely professional, and her knowledge is vast. These, along with other skills made the process pretty seamless. After a few meetings and calls with Iris, she came up with a plan to sell our house. She listened to our concerns. Followed through with advertisement and listing. Iris helped me with e every thing I needed to do. She got me in touch with every one I needed to work with: mold removal people, Painters, landscapers, repair people, etc. Then got me though the closing. If you need a realtor, you can't do better than Iris. Did I mention she did most of this with me living out of state?
