We worked with Iris for over a year and she helped us first with a rental, and then the purchase of a home. As to the rental, she found us an unbelievable rental, in a very tight rental market. She was able to do so even though the house had not even been listed yet, and was not even close to being listed. Rather than simply look into open inventory, she took it upon herself to call brokers who had rental listings the year before, and asked whether the rental would be coming on again. As to the purchase, she was very knowledgeable about the market, the different areas, the comps. She had great patience, and was extremely responsive. Rarely did she fail to call back within an hour. We just had a great experience overall and would highly recommend Iris.
