Iris is a great realtor, she is very trustworthy, kind ,and patient. My husband and I were really scared that being 25 yo we wouldnt be taken seriously when it came to buying a home, but with Iris we were. She prequalified us in the beginning so that we knew what we could afford when we started house hunting. She maximized every house showing appointment by having a couple of homes lined up. I will admit i had alot of questions and concerns and no matter the day and time she was always there to answer them. She made the whole process super easy and quick. She helped us get a beautiful 7 bed 2 bath duplex which was more than what we expected. She did all the negotiating for us and made sure we were comfortable and happy every step of the process. We bought our homes with tenants and she took care of everything that had to do with them until they moved out. She is amazing.She is the best choice anyone can make when choosing a realtor.
