She listened to the history of the ownership of the lot since it was purchased sight-unseen in the 1920s by my husband’s grandmother. She clearly reviewed my financial steps for listing and sale. Iris is very kind and patiently walked me through the many pages for me to review and sign to post the listing. When the final bid came, she communicated quickly through the steps needed to accept and finalize the sale. Iris does an excellent job and I was in good hands with her professional expertise. I would recommend Iris over and over again! She was absolutely amazing through this process. She happily showed me any houses I wanted to see. It took us what seemed to be forever to be approved and she was SO patient and helpful throughout the process.
