Irina came in and was very honest up front that my home might have been nice in the 90's but needed serious upgrades. I gave her the go ahead and the house turned out fantastic and sold for more than the asking price. She set the asking price competitively for the area and other homes for sale and we ended up with multiple offers. Was very impressed. The only negative and not her fault as I own some of this, her contractors threw out things like a Dish receiver and several other things that I did not get a chance to retrieve before they moved in to work on the place. However having said that they did an excellent job of remodeling the place to make it look fantastic and attracted a very large crowd of buyers.

I really cannot recommend Irina enough! Her knowledge of the market and what buyers are looking for was on point and we received several offers well over asking with just one open house. She was very easy to work with and very communicative. She let us know what was happening every step of the way and no decision was made without consulting us first. She made the process so easy, she is the absolute best!
