everything very good

She's amazing!! Very knowledgeable and took care of everything.

Irina was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. She was always quick to respond, any time night or day!! I truly feel she went above and beyond to help me in the process of my condo purchase. There are many agents out there, but if you want a truly caring agent, Irina is the answer. She is very knowledgeable about the area and she is a class act in every aspect of the word. I would highly recommend Irina to anyone looking to buy or sell ! Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou for outstanding service.

Irina did a great job staging and listing our rental property during difficult times. Thanks to her we received several offers during the first week, were able to successfully complete the process of selling the property to a new deserving owner virtually, and were able to sell the home for more than our original asking price. Irina made the process less stressful and always displayed a positive attitude. She is very professional and pleasant. We would definitely recommend her!

Irina is a rock star! Day or night, text, phone or email she was the on it. And Fast! She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Her expertise addressed any questions or concerns that was brought her way. She deserves a 5 star rating and then some. You cannot go wrong with Irina. And no, this is not a fake review but a review that is commending to someone who truly deserves it.

Irina is the best. Hands down. Fast in every way you want a realtor to be, always picks up the phone and puts out every fire that comes her way. We closed my deal with absolutely no hickups in 2 weeks.

Super professional amiability, attention to detail, made home buy experience so easy and possible. I recommended it close eyes.

Irina Roth is the most hard working professional realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. She is tenacious in getting her clients the best possible deals and she is a contract negotiating wizard. Her expertise in the greater Pinellas Park area makes her the obvious choice if you need an agent in the greater Pinellas County area and perhaps even further. With Irina you get an agent for life. Highly recommend her services to anyone

Irina was the perfect Realtor for our needs. Being an out of state Home Buyers she helped us every step along the way. We could not be happier with her services and knowledge. If you are looking to buy or invest in any property look no further. We will for sure continue doing business with Irina and are forever grateful on helping us have such a smooth first time home buyer experience.

We just closed on the sale of our house yesterday after only a short time. Micah & Irina are professional and determined, yet kind, caring and passionate about their business. You can reach them anytime, day or night. You rarely find anyone with these qualities anymore. They came into our lives when we needed them most, highly recommended by a dear friend. They are like family. If you're considering buying, selling, or even taking a holiday in the Florida sunshine, they are your source. They'll find the perfect spot for you.
