This was actually our second time around using Irina as our realtor. The first time we placed our house on the market, house sells were very low so she was honest with us and told us it would probably be better to rent it out and try to sell again when the market was back up. Sure enough our house was rented out in days. We decided to rent for a few years and when we decided to sell again we went right back to her and she had showings set up days within us putting it on the market and was even able to find us a buyer.
