1. What is your professional/educational background?
I have a solid background in sales, with 15 years of experience in the field. I have worked as a sales associate , general manager of the furniture store, and a as server and bartender, demonstrating a diverse skill set in customer service and management. Being bilingual adds to my versatility in communication, sometimes making me an asset in different environments. In terms of education, I attended Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University, where i studied the philology and literature, with a focus of foreign languages. This academic foundation gives me strong language and analytical skills. I also balance my professional life with being a mom, managing both work and family responsibilities.
2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
Choosing a career in Real Estate is aligning with my background and strength. Given my extensive experience in sales, customer service, transitioning into real estate allows me to use my skills in a dynamic industry. I've already adept at understanding client needs, negotiating deals, and guiding people through purchasing decisions-skills that are essential in real estate. Additionally, my educational background in philology and foreign languages enhances my communication skills, which can be invaluable when working with a diverse client base. Real estate offers flexibility , which is also a factor considering my role as a working mom, allowing me to balance career and family life .
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
I live in Wooster, Ohio for several reasons. Wooster offers small-town charm with a strong sense of community, making it a great place to raise a family, Its known for its peaceful atmosphere, affordability, and a good quality of life.
4. How do you spend your free time?
In my free time, aside from catching up on my sleep, I enjoy doing simple, relaxing activities like spending time with my family, maybe doing something creative or outdoorsy.
