Words cannot describe this lady. She is kind & listens. Irina goes all out to serve the people who trust her to find not just a house, but someplace they can make a home tailored around their lifestyle & needs. I'm normally a skeptical person not trusting others to place my wants & needs as a priority. During our first conversation Irina only asked for an opportunity to try. Irina hit it out of the ballpark. A quote I came across recently - "Wherever you are, be all there!" - applied to Irina's work ethic, kindness, & compassion. The relationship that developed as a result of Irina's servant approach was one of trust to seek diligently for the place I could call home during a stressful, changing time in my life. Even on vacation during the final stages of the process, Irina provided an associate (Deborah Joseph) to step-in and be a local person to deal with whatever arose seeing the process thru to completion. These 2 ladies working tirelessly as a team dealt with issues the selling agent & seller had neglected ensuring the closing agent had everything requested even when asked to advance the closing by almost 2-weeks. Irina is the ideal agent. She was friendly, accessible, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. If I had any questions she usually had the answers and if she didn’t she would find the answer. Buying a house from long distance is going to be difficult but Irina made it much easier and pleasant. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.

We asked for a realtor through Realtor.com, and Irina responded promptly. We gave her a list of 5 properties we wanted to see in one day before we flew back north. She set it all up, and went through all the options for each one--condo, villa, and house in gated community. Ones with hurricane damage and ones without. We told her we had a lot to think about and would get back to her. She contacted us via email a few times with questions of whether we were interested is certain properties, and asked questions that helped us refine our search. When we found one we wanted, she helped us purchase the house-sight unseen-by being our eyes and local contact for all the necessary pieces and parts of the process. She helped us with all of the closing documentation and inspections from a distance, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the purchase. We've invited her over when we have the house renovated and decorated to see it done, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone else.
