Irina recently helped me to purchase my first home. Buying a home seemed overwhelming, but Irina walked me through every step of the process, always answered all of questions (usually within minutes of sending an email), and really made the experience enjoyable. When viewing houses, Irina was extremely knowledgeable about both the real estate market as well as home construction and maintenance. She quickly got a feel for what I were looking for, found some great houses, but never made me feel pressured in any way. I cannot recommend Irina Bernatskaya enough!
