Irene has sold two homes for us: our parents' home in Lincolnwood, which had been on the market with another real estate company for three years, at an overinflated price, and Irene came in, suggested we lower the price, and the house was sold quickly thereafter. She also sold my sister's condo in Skokie, at a very good price, which was only on the market for a month! Besides being a very experienced realtor, Irene is also a wonderful person and a friend. I inherited my sister's crystal chandelier, but I live in Denver, so when the condo was sold, the chandelier needed to be taken down by a professional, and shipped to Denver (very carefully). Irene coordinated with me by email and phone, found me a reliable person to take down the chandelier, then she put it in a box, took it to UPS, paid them to ship it to Denver, and sent me the bill!! How many realtors do you know that would go that length to help her clients out!! Irene also worked very professionally and fairly with the differing personalities of our family, so everyone was happy with decisions made, at the end of each day. Not always an easy task! You will not find a better realtor in Chicagoland than Irene!
