The Stroh Team were great as both seller's agents and buyer's agents. Irene and Dave's knowledge of the market and advice on pricing was excellent for both. They suggested a price for the sale of our home that maximized what we got. And for the purchase of our new home, they gave great advice on where to draw the line in negotiating. Communications were always prompt, and they provided quick, clear answers to all my questions. As if that weren't enough, their assistance in getting the house ready to list including moving furniture and staging to help the house look its very best. Irene took the time to research the market, so as to put the sale of the house at a competitive starting point. When we were ready to list the house, Irene got the MLS listing into the system. Our agreement was she would handle everything, until all of the offers came in. I had no concerns about what the outcome would be. When all of the bids came in, she met with me and went over each bid. She went over different scenarios of the better bids. I really felt that she knew what she was doing, and the results proved me right. We actually sold the house for more than our starting price. I liked that she shared her ideas and thoughts, but was never forceful with them. She always treated me with respect and always kept me informed of what was happening. I highly recommended her to anyone who is thinking of selling their house. She will do a great job.
