Irene had her work cut out for her selling my mom’s old house. It, and the property, needed a lot of work. Despite that, she sold it above the asking price, in a shockingly short amount of time. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring her again.

Irene had great suggestions on how to declutter and stage our home, got wonderful photos of it, and had a broker's open (the day the house went on the market) and a traditional open house the Saturday after. That created a lot of interest - and offers. If you want a thorough and hard-working agent who is always available to answer any questions - Irene is your person. We highly recommend Irene and would definitely hire her again if we were to sell or buy.
