Irene was everything we could have wanted in a realtor !As first time home buyers we didn’t know what to expect but she never made us feel like we we’re any less of a client because of our lack of knowledge . She explained all of the real estate transaction lingo to the best of her abilities and was very determined to find our family a home , I genuinely felt that she cared for our needs and wants throughout the showing process! Had it not been for her determination to find us a home I don’t believe we would have purchased at this time . The escrow process was not smooth but Irene made sure to cater to any inquiries we had during that important process ! She really took the time to explain all the details on our offer contract, contacted my mortgage company and solar company several times.
