I was originally referred to Irene because of her experience with VA loans. We had a connection from our first call. She was always readily available and willing to take the time to answer my questions. To her the most important thing was that I made the right decision for me. I entered the market a couple years ago-during a very aggressive real estate market- she knew exactly when and how to take each step. When it came to visiting houses she instinctively knew what I wanted and needed in a house- not just the features but the "feeling" that came with it. She was also very experienced in knowing "what" to look for in terms of the integrity of the structure-and taught me a lot during our tours. I was confident she was looking out for me. When I decided to put my search on hold for a while we stayed in touch-and when I was ready to get back to it she was ready and waiting. She was able to update me on the changes in the market and what that meant for me as we began again. As I travel for work opportunities to jump in quickly to tour homes is a challenge. Irene was flexible and accomodating and even toured on my behalf when I couldn't make it-sending me videos. Her instincts were spot on! As soon as she toured what would come to be my future home- she knew as soon as she pulled up to it that it was the right home for me and she was right! From the moment we said "yes" she walked me through every step with skill and professionalism, executing an offer letter that gave me the advantage- she shared my excitement when they accepted it as though it was her own! Her kindness, knowledge, experience and professionalism made her easy to work with not only for me, but the sellers, lenders, title co etc. Everyone in the process responded so positively! In summary- Irene is experienced and knowledgeable. goes above an beyond for her clients- she clearly loves what she does and it shows!

Ms. Hayden is an extremely busy woman but she returns every call and/ or txt quickly. Ms. Hayden asks many questions to help seek the proper home, more important she listens. She knows central Florida extremely well, she was extremely kind and always left the conversations with us feeling good about the buying of our home as well as finding the home. I was out of the area and she stood steadfast helping us with lists of businesses I would need to accomplish my part. Not "her people" syndrome, I had choices (many) every step of the way. Ms. Hayden's integrity is beyond reproach as is her commitment to her clients to get the best home for their needs. If anyone is looking for a realtor that is in it because they love their occupation that would be this woman. So many realtors are out there looking for the money they can make, trust me she does not get paid enough for the job that she does; always above and beyond. I consider us to be thankful for having her help us every step of the way. There is a last question of my sale price expectations, I was so kept informed by Ms. Hayden and her negotiating skills; I paid less then asking price, closing cost for me were negotiated I paid less, and more repairs were done than I had anticipated. So a simple answer as below, above or expected is not the best way to define Ms. Hayden's abilities.
