I first met Irene when renting a house for me and my son. When it was clear it was time to buy, I looked with Irene for so long because we needed something pretty specific, a nice, move in ready two family house in a very particular and sought after neighborhood, in or near Bayside New York. It took a long time to find the right place. And it wasn't like I needed to say no, instead it would be Irene who would say "absolutely not," and tell me everything that was wrong about the place. She was not trying to sell me something, she was buying for me. When we did the walk through, she checked more of everything than I did.
