As a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns, Mrs Pattee was very patient and pointed out things I should be looking out for while touring properties. She walked me through the inspection process and asked lots of questions of the inspector and took notes. She contacted the HOA for me to make sure I had all of the necessary documents in order to make an informed purchasing decision. Throughout the contract and closing process she was on top of everything making sure we closed on time. Closing went off without a hitch and I’m thrilled with my new home and with price that she helped me negotiate! Couldn’t ask for a better realtor!!

Irely from the start was one of the most honest and most reliable realtors we’ve ever met. She was very patient with us even when we were late to every house showing (still so sorry ). She took her time to help us find the perfect house and would always answer any questions and concerns we had no matter the time of day. She also would send us recommendations on houses if we wanted to expand our options and was very honest at every showing we went to. She’s very nice and also spoke Spanish which was a plus.
