I am very please to write a review about Ms. Irasema Stennette and the Robles Group. This group was able to do what three other realtors could not. I have been trying to sale my house since 2010, and was unable to because it had leans attached to the title. All of the other real estate offices could never complete the sale because of the attachments to the title. Ms. Stennette knew how to help me get around this huge hurdler. She was very effective though out the whole process of negotiating with all the entities involved in the sale. I had $17,000 worth of leans attached to the property through my ex-wife's (the co-borrowers) name. Ms. Stennette and the rest of the staff at Robles Business Group where very prompt when it came to getting back to me, about my concerns related to different issue with the property. The Robles group was also very effective at explaning what stage of the sales process we were in. They made sure that I was able to accomplish all that was required from each party involved. Irasema and the rest of the staff at Robles buiniess group were very professional and the and they made a way where there seemed to be no way. I am extremely grateful for Irasema's expertise, because now I can finally move forward with my life!
