Iraj is a very knowledgable broker and he has all the qualities which made selling my house as pleasant as it could be. To begin with, he had the right contacts to help upgrade my house with a fresh coat of paint and carpet change. He understood my timeline and worked very hard to accommodate. I found Iraj to be very conscious of time and always showed up on time and he was also very responsive to phone calls and messages. The first time I contacted him, he called me back within five minutes. The combination of his contacts and market knowledge made the process much easier to navigate. His calm demeanor was also very comforting in a challenging process, and I felt that the process was well taken care of. He also has a consultative approach and he provided the tools and information needed, however he never pushed me to do anything which I wasn't comfortable with.
