All around awesome. Any questions askd Ira responded quickly and honestly. Great experience. He showed us homes specific to our wish list. He made sure with every home that we were comfortable with the price and home details. Made sure to find good communities for my child for example good school districs. He also has great referrals such as a Handy Man.

He listened to our requests and showed us homes that met our wish list. #4. He was very responsive. Each time I called him or texted him, he got right back to me. #5. We spent several years looking for a house, and Ira was amazing. What I grew to respect over time was his honest knowledge, experience and expertise. Ira began by sending me a spreadsheet showing a number of 55+ communities in the Phoenix area. that was helpful for me to pick out the most desirable communities for me. He sent me MLS listings for my preferred communities, and I was able to select from the listings. When the best house for me came up, he helped me with the offering and stayed with me thru the entire purchase process . He met with me for inspections and answered questions I had regarding the property, HOA facility, and the community. He was always very pleasant to work with and took care of all the details for me as I was in California.

Ira goes the extra step in communicating to you, accomplishing tasks and offering expert advice in all aspects of the selling and buying experience. For example being out of state we were not knowledgeable about Arizona real estate laws and procedures. Ira explained all aspects of the ins and outs of buying property in Arizona. We were looking for a 55+ community and IRA presented all that were currently selling houses. Between all of us we selected the house we purchased in Queen Creek
Ira was referred to me from Top Agents, and I spoke with him for half an hour to understand his background and to ensure that he is aware of my requirements. Thereafter, I've been able to make inquiries and direct homes I'm interested in via text. We chat every other day or so, until one of our offers was accepted. Without our request, he went to look for new communities that haven't even opened for pre-sale and got us on the list.
